From zero to impostor in 6 steps
Click "Create", enter your name. You get a 6-character room code — share it with your crew.
Friends open the app, click Join, type the room code and their name. Works on any phone or browser — no install needed.
When the host starts the game, every player gets a word privately on their screen. One or more players get a different (but similar) word — those are the impostors!
Each player says one related word as a clue in their turn. You have 30 seconds. Crewmates try to hint at their word; impostors try to blend in without revealing they have a different word.
After all clues are in, a live chat opens for discussion. Then everyone votes for who they think is the impostor. Voting is anonymous.
The player with the most votes is eliminated. Crew wins by kicking out all impostors. Impostors win if they outnumber the remaining crew.
Everything packed in, nothing held back
Every action — clues, votes, eliminations — appears live on everyone's screen simultaneously.
Words are delivered secretly to each player's device. The server never broadcasts assignments.
A live chat opens during the vote phase so players can debate before casting their vote.
30 s clue timer, 45 s vote timer. If you run out of time, a placeholder clue is auto-submitted so the game never stalls.
